For the past few days, we have been doing a series on Kardashev Scale and now it has come to an end with the Type 7 civilization. Type 7 is the ultimate highest level any civilization can reach. They have already discovered the omniverse and control everything that is happening in the past, present and future of the multiverses, hyperverses, universes, etc. They are so powerful that reality is what they desire. Type 7 might be more of a being than a civilization as all the people might have collected all their minds together to form like a sort of beehive and create an all knowing, powerful being who is a by product of all their thoughts and consciousness.
A type VII or K7 civilization would travel, transcend and ultimately oversee or ”be” the Omniverse which is the collection of every single universe, multiverse, megaverse, paraverse, 11d dimension and 1st realm (reality). Everything is in the Omniverse, and there is only one Omniverse.
It is likely that such power would come from an individual rather than a civilization, as the civilization would have transcended and merged into a single mind that would encompass all thoughts and all timelines, thus being omnipotent, omnipresent, and omniscient. This is the Creator: a god above all gods, responsible for all of existence, past and future.
That being would have perfect knowledge over anything that has happened like what I am typing, thinking in my mind, etc. I mean literally anything. Although they have knowledge over any single event that has occurred, is occurring and will occur, they may not interfere with them as they may not like to or choose not to. Even if humans evolve and advance enough to reach this stage, we will not be the humans we are right now. This being may not have a physical structure anymore, it may just be a consciousness. This consciousness may be the reason why the universe, multiverse, etc. exists. It just need to have a consciousness for anything it desires or wants and the thing is already there. No need to build, create anything. Just say “Be” and it is. Reality does not make any sense to such a civilization and if you forget, it is beyond reality and reality is the result of its consciousness.
It is responsible for everything and anything that exists, existed and will exist. Words cannot describe how much power and technologically advanced this civilization. And there is no technology. It does not need any technology because if it wants anything, just say “Be” and it is. We cannot truly describe what this civilization can do because our mind cannot comprehend or understand. Reality is broken and the fabric of space and time makes no sense. In this kind of environment, nothing will make sense and our mind will simply go mad if we manage to survive. We may not be able to communicate with this kind of civilization as they are way too advanced. The reason for this is: Just think of a way how you are going to explain all the technologies of our era to a stone age man. Here is an example:
1. Talking mirrors (aka smartphones).
2. The foldable pseudo stone tables with the little squares on one half, the stone of the dancing fingers, and the magical flat squares with that magical light. (Aka computers like the one on which I wrote this answer).
3. And they even talk with their “dancing fingers stone tables” and these magical stone tables even talk back! (Aka making use of Siri on a MacBook or Cortana on a Windows PC).
4. The shimmering stone-like round-legged monsters (aka cars).
5. These frightening shimmering air monsters devouring humans at special places (aka airplanes at airports).
